Phone Support - (800) 338-6614. We have over 40 full-time phone support technicians to solve your problems and answer your questions seven days a week. Phone support is available Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (PST) and on Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Emergency pager service is available on Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Of course, critical calls are always handled on a priority basis and will usually get immediate attention.

Our Hardware Technicians are available when you need service for your hardware. We have an in-house staff of full-time hardware technicians to troubleshoot and repair hardware. They test all new equipment before it is shipped to our customers and are available to help with difficult hardware problems. We also offer on-site service for your hardware throughout the U.S. via a third-party provider.

Loaner Equipment is available should you experience a hardware problem that cannot be solved over the phone. We can send you an immediate replacement unit overnight via Federal Express. Since most hardware is connected on a modular basis using standard phone jack connectors, you simply unplug the defective piece of hardware and plug in the new one. You then return the bad unit via UPS ground using the same box in which the new unit arrived. When the defective unit is repaired, we will send it back to you, at which time you can return the loaner. We can usually have your hardware problem solved by 10:30 the next morning anywhere Federal Express delivers.

A web-based, transaction information management tool

Global Access @dvantage is a secure, data retrieval and management tool that provides online access to transaction, payment, and reporting information for customers using Global Payments' transaction processing and merchant accounting services. Using Internet Explorer™, customers can quickly obtain critical business information with "point and click" ease via a secure server maintained and updated by Global Payments. To ensure integral support, Global Payments offers comprehensive customer service and online documentation with Global Access @dvantage.

Global Access @dvantage offers Global customers immediate, convenient and secure access to their current and historical payment information. Depending on the user's current service selections with Global, three comprehensive modules are accessible online through the Global Access @dvantage portal:

  • Transaction Information / Merchant Masterfile
  • Merchant Accounting
  • Report Images</LI

With Global Access @dvantage, merchant customers will have 24-hour access to research and reconcile transaction and settlement information; confirm ACH transfers; obtain statement information; and track chargebacks and media retrievals to prevent revenue loss from overlooked requests. Merchants will also have the ability to export and print data and to obtain downgrade reason descriptions.

Global Access @dvantage provides financial institutions and Independent Sales Organizations full control over merchant information with the ability to manage merchant portfolio records, conduct interchange research and verify transactions. Financial Institutions can add or update merchant/terminal information, as well as view or print electronic images of pre-formatted reports. Additionally, Global Access @dvantage offers formatted screens to make adding, updating and displaying merchant records an easy process.
